Buildings Insurance – What’s not Covered!

There are a number of common buildings insurance exclusions which include damage arising from wear and tear, Sonic bangs from aircraft and Frost damage.

There are normally specific exclusions which relate to the property being unoccupied – be careful of these if you are planning on taking a long holiday as these normally kick in after 30 days and could invalidate a claim. War or acts of terrorism, Radioactive contamination are also always excluded.
